Client: Surf - Unilever
Description: Despite being under the famous umbrella company - Unilever, Surf seems to have fallen behind in brand preference and market share compared to other home care brands in Unilever's brand portfolio such as Omo. Surf wants to start the competition on Tet occasion with the purpose to become the Master Home care brand and the number choice for consumers during Tet shopping. This campaign is created to help Surf tackle two main brand issues currently existing, which are low awareness of Surf's full product portfolio, especially Dishwashing products and no credentials in Tet. Our job is to come up with a strong key concept as well as a detailed execution plan and budget for the client. We receive feedback directly from Surf to adjust our plan to match the brand's needs.
